Each course will fulfill the 4-hour Elective requirement for the NC Real Estate Commission's yearly requirements. Click on a course below to register.

  • There isn't a Final Exam for CE; however, students must receive a score of 90% to the quizzes and exams presented at the end of each unit.

  • The course does not have to be done in one sitting. 

  • You may log in and out as many times as needed.

  • You MUST complete the course within 30 days - or June 10th, whichever comes first. It cannot be extended if it expires.

  • Southern Choice will report your credits to the NC RE Commission. You will find your completion certificate on your RECampus Portal.
