Who will be notifying the SC Real Estate Commission of my completion? Southern Choice will report your completion to the SC Real Estate Commission.

Is there a course exam? Yes, there is a Proctored Exam. Your exam will be proctored virtually with the RECampus Proctoring Service, Kaplan. The virtual exam will be available until June 2024 when it will then need to be done in person at a testing center. Please contact Southern Choice when your course is completed for instructions.

What is the refund policy? Refunds will not be given on courses that have been started or 30 days from when a course was purchased.
