2023-2024 South Carolina Core Course: Disclose, Disclose, Disclose 

This 4-hour, online video course meets South Carolina's mandatory core requirements for continuing education in the 10203-2024 license renewal period. It is based on mandatory content from the South Carolina Real Estate Commission and is provided in short sections that can be easily taken in small pieces or all at once. Following the instruction by attorney and real estate broker Carol Simpson, you will be able to decode license law and understand the important provisions within it to remain in compliance and provide superior service to real estate consumers.

Everyday Ethics in Real Estate: 

This 6-hour course provides the latest information from the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice of the Nation Associations of Realtors (NAR). Students will gain greater insight into the responsibilities and duties required of Realtors and recommended sanctions for violations of the Code. While this course meets NAR's requirements for new and existing members to complete ethics training, the principles presented here provide a solid foundation for ethical behavior for NAR members and non-members alike. This course meets the NAR requirements of the ethics training required by the Board of Realtors every 3 years. Next deadline: December 31, 2024.
