Southern Choice Real Estate Academy has partnered with RECampus to bring you great Continuing Education that you can do at your own time and at your own pace. Each course will fulfill the 4-hour Elective requirement for the NC Real Estate Commission's yearly requirements. Click on a course below to register.

  • There isn't a Final Exam for CE; however, students must receive a score of 90% to the quizzes and exams presented at the end of each unit.

  • The course does not have to be done in one sitting. 

  • You may log in and out as many times as needed.

  • You MUST complete the course within 30 days - or June 10th, whichever comes first. It cannot be extended if it expires (per the NC RE Commission)

  • Southern Choice will report your credits to the NC RE Commission. You will find your completion certificate on your RECampus Portal.
